I hope the blog is a cosy, positive space, promoting wellbeing and self-reflection. I spent years letting anxiety and a lack of self-confidence get in the way of achieving my goals.
Now, I’m all about finding tips and tricks to declutter your mind, create positive routines and boost confidence, so you can live the life you love.
I’m all about self-care; although you’re probably more likely to find me sipping a nice gin after yoga, or relaxing in a bubble bath on a Self-care Sunday, rather than down the gym and drinking green juice.
This little space started out in 2014 as a bit of a sanity escape following a car accident. Initially, called Littlehelsb, I decided as I was getting a little more mature in life and numbers to re-brand to Helen Loves last year.
I combine blogging with part-time supply teaching/support and a Masters Degree in Special Education Needs, so I guess I like to keep myself busy and out of mischief. I found bullet journaling a real lifesaver when it comes to keeping all the plates spinning!
