I’m all about inspiring you to live the life you love. I hope the blog is a cosy, positive space, promoting wellbeing and self-reflection.
I spent years letting anxiety and a lack of self-confidence get in the way of achieving my goals. Instead, filling my space with clutter to fill the emotional void.
Now, I’m all about finding tips and tricks to boost confidence and self-esteem. By organising routines, indulging in regular self-care, and healthy habits, I’m finding ways to live a more stress-free and simple life.
I’m all about self-care; although you’re probably more likely to find me sipping a nice gin after yoga, or relaxing in a bubble bath on a Self-care Sunday, rather than down the gym and drinking green juice.
This little space started in 2014 as a bit of a sanity escape following a car accident. Initially, called Littlehelsb, I decided as I was getting a little more mature in life and numbers to re-brand to Helen Loves last year.
