Box Sets To Binge On This Holiday

I know as always I’m late to the party on the box set front. I always make notes on my phone when somebody mentions a good one, but I never actually get around to downloading, and more importantly to watching them.

I’m a book person, and I can devour a book in one sitting if it’s a quality book and my anxiety is not playing up too much. This means I generally will have a book for the commute and lots of books for holidays. We went out for dinner with friends last weekend, and everyone was talking about the box sets they’re loving. I found myself thinking I’m missing out on some really good stuff here.

I’m so excited that this week we break up from school. That means only one thing. It’s Christmas next week! I can’t wait to just schedule in some chill out time and get watching. So, if like me, you’ve been living under a rock, then here are some of the recommendations I’ve downloaded, or popped on my ‘To Download’ list.

Doctor Foster

Peaky Blinder

Suits. (Yes, can you believe I’ve never watched it and now Meghan is the Duchess of Sussex!)

The Crown

The House of Cards

The Innocent Man

The Line of Duty

The Staircase

A Very English Scandal (BBC)

Bodyguard (BBC)

Cleaning Up (ITV)

Dark Heart (ITV)

Informer (BBC)

Killing Eve (BBC)

Manhunt (ITV)

McMafia (BBC)

Mrs Wilson (BBC)

National Treasure (Channel 4)

No Offence (Channel 4)

The State (Channel 4)

The Trial (Channel 4)

American Expereince

The Man in the High Castle

The Thick of it

Of course, we can’t not mention the old classics:

Fresh Meat (Netflix)

Friends (Netflix)

Only Fools And Horses (Netflix). My all time favourite episode is The Jolly Boys Outing!

The Inbetweeners (Netflix)

The Office (Prime)

Let me know if you have any good recommendations I can add to my list!

Lots of love,
Helen xoxo

This is such a great list of shows, I love the range that you’ve chosen! I think my favourites are killing eve and the thick of it but I really love that you’ve gone with not only different streaming sites but a huge range of tv genres. Great post!
