Review: Garnier Skin Active Moisture Bomb range

I’m here once again on my search for the ‘perfect’ skincare! I love it when a new product comes on the block, especially when it is on offer 🙂 This time I am trying out the New Garnier Skin Active Moisture Bomb range.

Super-Recharging Antioxidant Gel-Cream (Night)
The science says it will recharge up to 10 layers of skin with hydration and re plumps the look of fine lines. I was a little sceptical at first – that’s a big claim!

The texture of the cream is much lighter than I’m used to for a night cream. It is also non-greasy and non-sticky.

So, far I’m liking using the cream, as it feels nice and smells really fresh. Maybe just my mindset though, it just doesn’t feel like a luxurious night cream I can use as part of my nighttime pamper routine, but what it feels like is not the important thing if it does the job.

Super-Hydrating Antioxidant Moisturiser SPF 10
The science says it contains two antioxidant super fruit extracts, Amla and Pomegranate, known to help combat the harmful effects of daily aggressions. It also contains a high concentration of Plant Serum to help hydrate skin, infuse it with radiance and reduce the visible signs of ageing.

In contrast to the night cream, this felt much more luxurious for a day cream. I love the texture and my skin definitely enjoys the quick burst of hydration. My only fault with the cream is the low SPF, as that has a big impact on anti-ageing, but there is no harm wearing an SPF in addition.

Super-Hydrating Revitalising Mask
What more can I say about this mask, other than I totally loved it! Skin feels gorgeous and plump after 15 minutes. It’s on offer in Superdrug for 99p in you’re in the UK too, so I’ve gone back and stockpiled as this is by far one of the best sheet masks I’ve tried and for under £1, it’s a total no-brainer in my mind! Have I said, I love it!

What’s your favourite moisturiser?
Lots of love,
