The Capital Beauty Box

I am a huge fan of the Latest in Beauty Boxes. They have
been the way I have discovered some of the best new beauty lines.

Here’s what’s in the box:

Apart from foundation and concealer, I just used the products in the box.

The contents of the box has quite a young fresh and affordable beauty vibe to
the box. Very festival inspired. Perfect for teens/early twenties affordable
beauty. Also a great box for creating the one look, which I really love.

The eyes have it:

Collection Eyes Uncovered Palette. I love this pallet. It has every brown/beige shade you could ever need to create a lovely look.
Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Black
Amethyst
. This is a nice shade. Although perhaps maybe a little brown for my liking.
Collection Lengthening Mascara. I have used this before and creates a fair bit of volume too for a lengthening mascara.

Face:

Pixi Lip Blush. This is a lovely pink girly tint and gives a lovely little rosy glow to your cheeks.
Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer. We can’t beat a bit of Burts Bee for keeping lips super soft. It also has a very subtle shimmer.

The nails:

Rimmel 60 Seconds Super Shine Nail Polish by Rita Ora.
This is a lovely vibrant red colour, with a lovely high shine.
Nail Buffer. Definitely a festival must-have. Nobody
wants chipped nails!

Other bits:

STYLondon Jewellery Inspired Temporary Tattoos. These are
going to look great over the summer on tanned skin. The gorgeous gold shimmer
will just highlight your tanned skin as you dance through the night.
Mini Jimmy Choo Flash Fragrance. This is very much what I would
describe as a unisex scent. It is a clean, crisp kind of scent. When I first
sprayed it I thought it wasn’t for me, but after an hour or so I actually quite
like it.

You can get your hand on the box for only £14.95 (free p&p) at Latest in Beauty.

Has anyone else tried the box? What did you think?

Lots of love,

Helen xoxo
